Patrick graduated from Rutgers University Physical Therapy program in 2021 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Patrick utilizes current evidence-based practices for all orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, helping individuals whose goals may be to recover from orthopedic injury or surgery, elevate their fitness, or optimize their sports performance.
Prior to working at Progression Physical Therapy, Patrick was clinically-affiliated with the University Hospital in Newark, NJ, and Robert Wood Johnson in Somerville, NJ. Patrick has an extensive background in various musculoskeletal conditions including rotator cuff injuries, ankle reconstructions, tennis elbow, neck pain, and ACL/meniscus repairs. As a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), Patrick genuinely believes that exercise is medicine.
