Health and wellness has been a passion of mine for years now. I have an Associates Degree in Exercise Science from Mercer County Community College. During that time, I completed internship hours at an Outpatient physical therapy clinic where I had the best experience. I knew I wanted to pursue it as a career in some way. I am always looking to expand my knowledge in health, fitness, exercise, and nutrition. Apart from that, I love the summertime and try to get outside any chance I can. I spend my free time at the gym, going on walks, finding a new coffee shop or baking something sweet.
