Ruth and company are great. I've had a series of problems arising from osteoarthritis in my knees and been referred to Progression for physical therapy. They provide excellent services -- massage, advice and exercises to take home. Thanks to their work, I have been able to walk with significant reduction in pain. If you're in need of physical therapy, I cannot imagine a better place to go.

I just finished 10 weeks of physical therapy at ProgressionPT and it was a really good experience. My hip problem has been cured, and I have better flexibility and no pain! The therapists are very good, professional, and friendly. I got muscle massage and stretches, with strengthening homework exercises. The space is large and bright, and lots of parking. People are spaced out, masked, and they clean after each person. If you need PT, I highly recommend them.

An excellent experience. Ruth, Jen and the entire team took the time to listen to my back pain woes and develop a plan that was tailored to my individual needs. They took their time, got me pain-free and then gave me tools to help me get myself out of trouble if/when the pain returns. Thank you Team Progression Physical Therapy!

Extremely helpful and friendly. I started my therapy with Jen few weeks ago. She is very caring, knowledgeable and professional. All staff members are always ready to help and assist. Will recommend this place for any physical therapy needs. Thank you All for caring.

Excellent care and professional expertise from all of the therapists and staff. I am especially impressed with their attention to details like tweaking exercises and levels of difficulty per each individuals progress.The gym is meticulously cleaned and maintained staying within health guidelines necessary to remain healthy during these unusual times.The warm friendly atmosphere, convenient location and parking makes Physical Therapy an easy addition to my schedule.Susan Gordon
